On February 16th, 2023, we received a courtesy call from a group of about 30 civil servants, from different counties, undergoing training at the Kenya School of Government (KSG) in Lower Kabete, Nairobi. The civil servants were given a tour of our mental health clinic and also sensitized on the importance of mental health treatment on both a communal and national level. Furthermore, our guests heard first hand testimonies from some of our patients about their challenges and experiences with mental illness. At the end of the visit, we received food donation from the KSG which was distributed among our patients.
